Deviled egg dip Ingredients:

* 10 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

* 4 oz cream cheese, softened

* 1/3 cup mayonnaise

* 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

* 1 tbsp white wine vinegar * 1 tsp paprika (plus more for garnish)

* 1-2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste) * Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish) * Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions:

1. Slice all 10 hard-boiled eggs in quarters. Leave the yolks inside the whites.

2. In a food processor, add half of the eggs, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, paprika, and hot sauce. Process until smooth.

3. Add the remaining eggs into the food processor. Pulse a few times

4. Add salt and pepper to taste, and pulse once or twice.

5. Top with freshly chopped chives and a sprinkle of paprika.

6. Serve: Enjoy with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies for dipping!
